Yoga became Melissa’s refuge during one of the most difficult times in her life - the loss of her husband. In the depths of grief, she found solace on her mat, where movement, breath, and stillness helped her navigate emotions that felt overwhelming. What began as a way to cope soon became a regular practice, guiding her toward healing, resilience, and inner peace.
Now, she is passionate about sharing the healing power of yoga with others. As a Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist, she creates a compassionate space for those moving through life’s challenges, offering gentle, supportive practices that nurture the body, mind, and soul. Whether you’re seeking a way to release tension, find emotional balance, or reconnect with yourself, she is here to guide you with care and understanding.
